NPC: A slippery water snake
Long Desc: A slippery water snake moves silently through the water.

This long snake slides silently through the water.  You notice a green,
slimy film which covers its dark grey and black striped skin, and shiver at
the thought of it touching you.  Large fangs protrude from its mouth,
looking incredibly dangerous in this environment.  The creature is certainly
poisonous, and could be quite deadly.
He is a snake approximately 1'7" tall.
