NPC: A snivelling drow outcast
Long Desc: A snivelling drow outcast wanders aimlessly through the cave.

This stocky, dark-skinned drow seems to be incredibly upset.  Its long,
dark hair and black eyes have become dull through lack of care.  It wanders
aimlessly through the caverns, obviously in a bad state.  Still, it seems
incredibly alert, scanning the area for food and predators as it walks.
Held in its hand is a small ratty piece of material, which he frequently
uses to loudly blow nose.
He is a drow approximately 4'8" tall.
