NPC: A jogger
Long Desc: A jogger is here, running around for lack of anything better to do.

The dracon you see before you is the picture of health.  Lean and toned
muscles can be found underneath her scales, and she breathes with strength
and conviction.  The jogger is confident that no one is able to run as
quickly as she can.  Perhaps you should move out of the way before you get
run down.
She is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
