This citizen is one of the few elite members of Decara's society.
Because they are loyal to Lord Glomus and help him carry out his plans, some
people are allowed special benefits.  This dracon is draped in many lavish
garmets that are available to no one else, and an aura of power and prestige
washes over you as you stand here.
