NPC: A meditating mystic
Long Desc: A mystic is here, meditating in the corner.

This strange woman sits calmly in the corner of the room, her legs in the
lotus position and her eyes partially closed.  Strangely enough, she also
seems to be levitating a few inches off the ground.  You can see that her
breathing is deep and focused, and she seems to be in a contemplative state
of transcendence.
She is a halfling approximately 3'1" tall.
