NPC: A conjurer
Long Desc: A conjurer is here, trying to make small items.

The stench and ash from hundreds of incense sticks covers the conjurer.
You can see small streaks of dust covering his face and arms, and there are
stains from spilled potions and liquids all over his clothing.  He looks
very tired from trying to uncover new secrets, but his drive keeps him
going.
He is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
