Long Desc: A courier is here, ready to deliver your mail for you.

This dracon is the owner and sole employee of Decara Delivery Services,
Inc.  She is one of the few people in all of the underground who has
connections to the world above, and although the residents of Decara seldom
employ her services, the adventurers that visit the town find her a
much-needed resource.
She is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
