NPC: A nervous servant
Long Desc: A servant is rushing past here, nervous about Lord Glomus' approval.

While the palace guards are some of the most elite warriors in Decara,
the servants are a different matter.  Because reports of their mistreatment
have circulated throughout the town, the only ones willing to fill the
positions are the strange goblin-like creatures who dwell nearby.  While
they are rather clumsy, they work for very little pay and pose no real
threat to Lord Glomus' safety.
She is a goblin approximately 3'6" tall.
