Long Desc: A consultant is here, ready to give some advice.

This is one of Lord Glomus' loyal advisors.  One of her main jobs is to
deal with the concerns of citizens, and since the consultants are advertized
as impartial they are very well respected.  However, most of the suggestions
that they give happen to coincide with the best interests of Lord Glomus
rather than the person being advised.
She is a drow approximately 4'7" tall.
