NPC: A log chopping referee
Long Desc: A massive tree of a man is here, one foot perched on a thick stump.

This tall man has two sharp-looking axes tucked into his belt, one on
either side.  His striped shirt shows under his sap stained overalls, and a
whistle hangs around his neck.  He intermittently rubs the stubble of his
ruddy cheeks, gently scanning for the next person willing to sink money into
the log chopping contest.
It is a giant approximately 24'1" tall.
