NPC: The camp cook
Long Desc: The camp cook stands here, surveying his domain.

Presiding over the kitchen, the cook rules his little kingdom with an
iron fist, and backs that up with a cast iron skillet.  He tolerates no
nonsense in his domain, and has been known to crack a few heads to make his
point.  Few wish to argue, for fear of not getting a meal.
He is a giant approximately 24'1" tall.
