NPC: A drunken, hunchbacked balrog
Long Desc: A surly, bleary-eyed balrog stands here, tapping his foot to some imaginary rhyme.

Stumbling and swearing, this balrog reeks of liquor and sweat.  His torn
white-turned-red tanktop is a result of his last meal, likely an orphaned
child or the teller at the post office.  A roll of fat escapes beneath it as
if fleeing from his obese form.  His weight should not be mistaken for
weakness, however, as a flying elbow from this monstrosity would send anyone
to the floor.  His slurred words and hungry eyes show he's skipped lunch and
dinner, or at the least, out looking for dessert.
He is a balrog approximately 6'1" tall.
