NPC: An elderly fisherman
Long Desc: An old drow sits here at the dining room table.

This old fellow stares down at the rushing water in a perplexed, and
somewhat perturbed manner.  Maybe the fish aren't biting, or maybe they're
just too small, but something obviously has him peeved.  He exchanges the
piece of dried meat dangling from his bent steel hook for a piece of fruit,
and drops the thin metal instrument back down into the water, hoping for
better luck this time.  For some reason you seem to sense that he's upset
with his current fishing style, noting the tiny pile of cheap lures near him
that he simply refuses to touch.
He is a drow approximately 4'8" tall.
