NPC: A well-fed trash rat
Long Desc: A set of sparkling teeth hangs in the mouth of a plump rat.

This rat's gray fur barely hides the incredible amounts of flesh beneath
it.  The short hair allows pockets of pink to be seen between it, enough
that it's some wonder the creature can even move.  Its eyes bulge with
gluttonous awe as they scan over mounds of potential food, like a child
dreaming of candy at the market.  It slides around on its belly, the snake
of the rodent world, just trying, hoping, that it can eat once more before
perishing.
It is a rodent approximately 1'7" tall.
