NPC: A malnourished villager
Long Desc: A malnourished villager is here, wearing nothing but rags.

Stringy limbs dangle from the fragile frame of this villager.  His lower
ribs protrude at odd angles having grown improperly due to improper
nutrition.  His expression says that he is in need, but too proud to ask.
From the health of the village's children, it appears he's giving up his
ration of salvaged food to feed his child, so that he might not end up
deformed like his father.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
