NPC: An invading outsider
Long Desc: A shifty-eyed woman rests here, trying to fit in.

This young woman is obviously not from around here.  Her glassy blond
hair is simply too clean, and the nice clothes she wears are not marred by
the typical stains of life in Winton.  A pair of green eyes scan over
everything, trying to take it all in.  She is searching for something, but
it's not a tangible object.  She's looking for knowledge, that which comes
from living with the other half.
She is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
