NPC: An air elemental
Long Desc: An air elemental is floating about, seeking out mischief.

Air elementals appear as amorphous, shifting clouds, or as the outlines
of small children when they become playful.  They rarely speak, though their
voices can be heard in the high-pitched shriek of a tornado or the low moan
of a midnight storm.  While air elementals are not readily tangible in this
plane of existance, they must fade in to strike opponents, or make a breath
attack, which is their forte.
He is a elemental approximately 7'0" tall.
