NPC: A janni
Long Desc: Floating above her lamp is a janni wearing bright white armor.

The jannii are the most combative of the elemental humanoids known
collectively as the genies.  Jannii are formed out of all four elements and
therefore must spend time in each respective element to retain their powers.
Jann favor forlorn deserts and hidden oases, but commonly sell themselves
into servitude for a large price.
She is a djinn approximately 6'1" tall.
