NPC: The high lady of Thevan
Long Desc: A well-statured, powerful woman wearing the robe of Thevan rests here on the bench.

This strong-willed woman is the current head of the Thevan tribe of
Mulakanathos.  Her long black judges' robe covers much of her body, though a
small symbolic amulet can be seen hanging from her neck.  She is responsible
for the laws that govern this small village, so she is loved by most and
hated by criminals.  Her dark hair, green eyes, and tanned skin all somehow
reflect a wisdom that only a truly noble judge can portray, so it stands to
reason that this women does her job well.
She is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
