NPC: A Mulakan resourcer
Long Desc: Sweat covered and dirty, a young man pulls raw oil from the pit.

This young man works day and night extracting crude oil from the nearby
tar pits.  It sticks to him, cementing his worn clothes to his skin, and the
dirt to his face.  His face, then, is so covered in grime that it's black, a
tragedy in this part of Alyria.  The sun blasts his poor complexion into
nothing, and all the sweat in the world can't protect him.  And sweating he
is.  He works diligently, simply hoping for the end of his shift.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
