NPC: T'ryn, overseer of resources
Long Desc: T'ryn is here, checking that operations are running well.

A dirty, lonely, middle-aged man, T'ryn has been charged with the task of
watching over local efforts to gather and refine resources.  How he manages
this position is a mystery, because as his clothes show, he must lose a
great deal of what's brought in to clumsiness.  His portly stature suggests
he consumes quite a bit of the jerky produced as well.  He must be good at
managing people, or something, or there's no way he could possibly hold this
position.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
