NPC: A Mulakan hunter
Long Desc: A tribal hunter is here, preparing to leave town to stalk his prey.

Even though it makes him far more visible, this devoted hunter proudly
displays the high blues of the tribe of power: S'Gionna.  The garment fits
tightly against his muscled body, and looks like it will break at the seams
in some places, namely the biceps.  His sandy brown hair hangs just to his
eyes, serving as protection from the brutal desert sun.  His skin gleams
with sweat as he prepares for the hunt.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
