NPC: An armored oil dragonne
Long Desc: A large scaled creature lurks beneath the surface of the oil.

Snakelike and wretched, the massive leviathan oil beast tunnels through
the liquid sand, waiting for its next meal to be trapped in it.  It's hard
to tell if it's scaled or evolutionarily armored some other way, but it's
clear this creature is well adapted to the intense conditions of the oil
pool.  Its grey flesh makes it hard to see in the liquid, and it's able to
sneak around in it with ease.  As its head peers out of the liquid, his eyes
show what his incredible fangs make clear: he's well aware that his next
meal is approaching.
It is a dragonne approximately 7'0" tall.
