NPC: A bloodied skeleton
Long Desc: A bloodied skeleton is here, chewing part of a corpse.

The skeleton still has quite a bit of flesh on it.  Its sex is
undeterminable, and it looks like it was recently the victim of one or more
of the Mad Overlords evil creatures.  Perhaps this was once an unwary
traveller, or a brave adventurer who blundered into the proving grounds by
mistake.  One thing is for sure though - it is animated by Bloodbanes magic,
and its bloodlust could quickly and easily be turned upon you...
It is a skeleton approximately 5'5" tall.
