NPC: A battle-scarred kobold
Long Desc: A horribly scarred kobold stares at you menacingly.

These kobolds wear nothing but a torn and unidentifiable animal skins
around their waist revealing horrible deep scars running the length of their
arms and chest.  It's obvious that at some time their creature fought a
great fight with several opponents somewhere in the grounds.  The cold,
unblinking glare from their eyes tells you that they were the only survivors
of the ordeal, and they would have no hesitation in adding you to the list
of bodies.
He is a kobold approximately 5'5" tall.
