NPC: A frightened kobold
Long Desc: A frightened kobold is here, edging away from you.

These kobolds look as if they are out of their mind with fear - but not
from you.  They cry out and thrash the air madly with their arms, as if some
unseen insects are attacking them.  They spot you and for a moment try to
back away, but within a few moments they scream and flail wildly at the air
again.  They look terrified, and unpredictable.  The torn remnants of
clothes hang from their bodies as if at some point in the past, the attack
was real.
She is a kobold approximately 5'5" tall.
