His eye sockets hold no eyes, just an inky blackness - like the void.  The
evil magic of this place has crushed the mind of this creature - the
motionless expression shows no sign of compassion or love.  The eternal hate
of the darker dimensions has posessed his mind, and now that hate has a
focus - you...
He is a kobold approximately 5'5" tall.
