NPC: A foul-smelling goblin
Long Desc: An evil-smelling goblin is leering at you from the shadows.

The goblin has a smell that is to acrid that it burns your nostrils like
acid.  It looks as if she has fought one of the more disgusting inhabitants
of this land and in the battle got covered in the blood of her advisary.
She stares at you - her eyes are red within red, and it unnerves you
slightly.  You can tell that she is not someone to be reasoned with, and the
nervous spasms she occasionally displays are due to a madness of some sort.
She is dressed in tattered goblin clothing, and one arm has been badly
mangled by some many-toothed beast.
She is a goblin approximately 3'6" tall.
