NPC: A crumbling skeleton
Long Desc: A crumbling skeleton is standing motionless here.

The skeleton looks as if time and the elements have wasted the bone to
the point where only the magic that animates it is holding it together.  It
is a soul in torment, denied forever the release of death.  Bloodbane's
accursed magic has consigned this poor soul to eternal damnation, wandering
the paths of the Proving Grounds until the spell is broken in combat.
It is a skeleton approximately 5'6" tall.
