NPC: A drunken goblin
Long Desc: A drunken goblin is here, weaving about in a stupor.

You can smell the alcohol from here - Goblin wine is a potent drink, and
this goblin appears to have drunk quite a bit.  He is muttering something
you can't quite make out, over and over again in an irritated tone of voice
- this seems to be a trait of drunkards the universe over.  Alcohol has made
this one bold, and he swaggers towards you with a dizzy but determined
expression on his face.
He is a goblin approximately 3'7" tall.
