NPC: A wild-eyed goblin
Long Desc: A wild-eyed goblin is here, taunting you.

The goblin looks to be in good overall condition, apart from a rather
nasty gash to the head.  The injury seems to have left the creature with the
unstoppable rage that only a broken mind can create.  She races violently
around in circles, flailing at the air around her as if she is reliving a
battle in her mind.  Perhaps it is the only thing that her damaged brain can
focus on.  She could be unpredictable in this state, and does not look like
she would have the reason left to avoid combat.
She is a goblin approximately 3'5" tall.
