NPC: A tall spellcaster
Long Desc: A tall man in long, red robes stares angrily at you and prepares to cast a spell.

This man doesn't look like someone to be trifled with.  His bright red
robes have darker patches upon them which upon closer inspection appear to
be bloodstains.  Looking perturbed at your intrusion into the Proving
Grounds, he raises his gnarled hands towards you and begins to speak alien
words of magic.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
