NPC: A drunken mercenary
Long Desc: A warrior stumbles about in confusion here, apparently drunk.

As you get closer to this man, you catch the strong odor of cheap alcohol
on his breath.  He looks at you in bleary-eyed confusion, and stumbles
towards you, barely able to stay on his feet.  He makes a feeble attempt at
an attack and nearly falls over.  He shakes his head, and then stares right
at you.  Has he mistaken you for a monster in his drunken stupor?
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
