NPC: A devilish imp
Long Desc: A small imp sits here, grinning at you devilishly.

A small fiend sits here before you, with a develish, toothy grin across
its face.  It is rather small, red in color, with dark brown hair, and fiery
orange eyes.  The imp gestures and you yelp in pain as your posterior
catches fire.  You glare at the imp, but it is too busy keeling over in
laughter to pay you any further notice.
He is a imp approximately 3'5" tall.
