NPC: A kender thief
Long Desc: A small kender sneaks about here, stealing everything in sight.

You seem to have caught yourself a kender.  Before you can stop to wonder
what on earth a kender is doing in the Proving Grounds, you feel a hand
groping at your money pouch.  Grinning at you with some dismay, the kender
starts to back away warily.
He is a kender approximately 5'5" tall.
