NPC: A minotaur warrior
Long Desc: A large minotaur stalks about here, inspecting the Proving Grounds.

This minotaur seems less interested in you than any of the previous
monsters that you have encountered here in the Proving Grounds.  He appears
to be engrossed in inspecting the Proving Grounds themselves.  Going over,
and mapping every last turn, tunnel, cave, and path.  Could it be possible
that he's getting ideas for a labyrinth of his own?
He is a minotaur approximately 6'1" tall.
