NPC: An elven assassin
Long Desc: An elf silently crouches here with drawn dagger.

You see, to have stumbled upon an assassin meant for another person.  The
assassin glares at you angrily for exposing him, and stands up.  He grips
his dagger with an iron fist, and springs forward, lunging at you
unexpectedly.  It seems that even though you weren't his primary target, he
will be more than happy to take you out as well.
He is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
