NPC: A drow spellcaster
Long Desc: A drow is here raising his arms towards you as he prepares to cast a spell.

A rather short and slender drow stands before you, clad in long flowing
gray robes.  The robes swirl about him in some unfelt wind concealing all of
his facial features, save his glowing red eyes - a sure sign of the
infravision magicks at work.  As he becomes aware of you, he brings his arms
up, gesturing wildly, and begins to chant strange words in an alien tongue.
He is a drow approximately 4'8" tall.
