NPC: An evil wraith
Long Desc: A wraith erupts from the ground as you enter the room, ready to attack you.

As you get closer to the wraith, you smell the stench of death.
Apparently this wraith is all that remains of some evil person who died in
these dungeons...  Perhaps a person much like yourself.
It is a wraith approximately 5'5" tall.
