NPC: An elven necromancer
Long Desc: An elf prowls about here in search of dead bodies to reanimate.

This thin, almost cadaverous elf seems to have less interest in the
living around him than on the corpses scattered throughout the Proving
Grounds.  He seems particularly interested in any fresh corpses, perhaps to
re-animate them?  He turns his evil face towards you, grinning maliciously,
but wait a minute, you aren't dead....  Yet.
He is a elf approximately 4'9" tall.

This mob is required by the following quests:
- Necromantic Urges (160-241) from Lord Vendredi.
