NPC: A human brigand
Long Desc: A human brigand crouches in wait here, preparing to take someone's money.

This man apparently makes a living from hiding in the Proving Grounds and
ambushing unwary adventurers for their money.  Feeling a bit sorry for the
man, you take a step towards him.  He immediately springs to his feet upon
seeing you and draws his sword.  Looking at you with a sneer across his
face, he brandishes his sword, and demands your hard earned gold.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
