NPC: A fey spellcaster
Long Desc: A fey in dark black robes wanders about the dungeon here.

This fey is so deep in his robes, you could almost never tell he was a
Fey except for that unearthly glow he emits.  However, he seems less intent
on you and more intent on keeping utter concentration.  He appears to be
deep in casting a spell.  His face is deep in shadow, but you can almost
make out the words passing from his thin, pale lips.  The language is
foreign, but the spell does not sound good...
She is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
