NPC: A wavering displacer beast
Long Desc: The shape of a beast seems to waver in the air in front of you.

This is one of the more odd occurences you have ever seen.  First this
appears to be a shimmering in the air, and the next second a large beast
staring straight out at you.  It seems to be fading in and out of visibility
somehow.  It flickers back and forth rapidly, each time the beast appears
its writhing tentacles appear to be a step closer, reaching out for you.
She is a displacer beast approximately 5'5" tall.
