NPC: A human ranger
Long Desc: A ranger in muted green clothing hunts around for tourmalines.

A medium-sized human stands before you, wearing faded green fatigues that
seem to blend in with everything.  He is peering intently at the ground
before him, following the trail of something, or someone.  As you clear your
throat to ask him what he is doing here, he holds up a hand to indicate you
to be silent.  Perhaps he is hunting for tourmalines, or roots?
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
