NPC: A fey assassin
Long Desc: A silent fey dressed in night fatigues is here tinkering with his entry tools.

The fey clutches a long, black dagger in his glowing fist.  He seems to
be waiting for someone to kill, because the only thing that gives his
position away are his fangs which gleam in the torchlight.  Perhaps it would
be better to steer clear of this creature lest he sink either of his
fearsome weapons into your flesh.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
