NPC: Trader Hubert
Long Desc: Hubert continually paces behind his counter.

This stout little half-elf wears glasses and a finely woven collared
shirt with flowers on it.  He gaily goes about his day in the underworld
selling and trading goods with others.  Though there is a seat behind his
counter, he never sits.  His hands are clasped behind his back as he paces.
He is a half-elf approximately 5'3" tall.
