NPC: A chameleon
Long Desc: A chameleon is here, changing colors.

The chameleon is a small lizard that is changing the color of its hide to
match whatever it happens to be sitting upon.  It darts about so quickly
that it can be rather difficult to see.  You find yourself rather intrigued
and stand to watch what color it will become next.  Perhaps if you offered
it some food you might make friends with the little creature.
It is a lizard approximately 3'5" tall.
