NPC: A gardener
Long Desc: A gardener is here, planting flowers.

This elderly man carries a rake and a shovel.  His knees are caked with
dried mud from planting seeds around the park.  The gardener has a friendly
roundish face and he is quick to smile as you pass by.  He leans over to
pull a few weeds, and slowly stand up again.  You can almost hear the crack
of his joints as he shuffles himself along.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
