NPC: Servos, the bird watcher
Long Desc: A jovial halfling scans the skies for a bird or three.

With all the recent chaos in the Forest and across Sepharia, Servos' work
has been made that much harder.  Rare birds have hidden away in the forest,
the very thing that he is here for.  Dressed in a scuffed jacket and torn
pants, he peers up into the trees, notebook in hand, searching for
something.  A battered pair of looking glasses hangs from around his neck
for watching, but then there isn't much to watch right now.  
He is a halfling approximately 4'1" tall.
