NPC: A wise owl
Long Desc: A wise owl is here, resting upon a small branch.

This wise old owl sits on a branch watching people come and go listening
to all the gossip and information that seems to pass.  His feathers of gray
and white sit unruffled on his body as he rotates his head completely behind
him to hear a whisper within the brush.  The owl's large eyes focus on you
and he beckons you close.  Perhaps if you asked it for help, it could tell
you something of interest to you.
She is a bird approximately 1'7" tall.
